In regards to training basketball players:

Q1. What would be the 3 weight room lifts that would translate to improved performance on the court?

Q2. Is basketball an anaerobic or aerobic sport?

Q3. What strongman lifts would be beneficial to a basketball player?

A1. Power snatch, incline barbell & DB presses and lunges.

A2. Anaerobic. Data from the NBA clearly illustrates it.

A3. Super Yolk and various forms of sled dragging.

Thanks... :)

Though I don't know how to do snatches and teaching myself would be kind of weird... (I had to do this with cleans, and I don't think my form is too impressive...)
