CONFUSED ME WITH RAB?!?! If I were you I'd watch my back.

I am doing strength training of sorts - at least my training is strength based, but more so functional strength than powerlifting strength. As you can see from my journal I do more or less compounds only etc.
Will use the bands mostly for pressups for now, but can also see myself using them on dips, deads, pullups and basically anything I can think of.

I only have single bands though, so I'm not sure how to apply to squatting. For deads I can just loop it around the bar and under my feet, then pull away.
