It does look a little arched, I must correct that and wear some tighter clothes, so I can look nice and gay!

Great work!

When you venture into proper heavy rows, you have to be upright else you wil just tip over or break your back! Looking good!

Id spank that milf! The one in the first pic I mean!

Two of them there.

I sometimes do crunches and planks with them.

Impressive weights. 8-)

However I always thought with BORs you had to be bent over more in the belief that if you can see yourself in the mirror you're doing them wrong? Or have I been mis-informed? IS that what you meant by bad form?

No doubt about the strength and impressiveness of what you guys have achieved though! Much respect - I've only recently deadlifted 205 (with a vid of my 200) and that was quite tough - so to be doing BORs with over 200kg is frankly just ridiculously strong! :D

Oh and all of you are looking big and strong - can't believe how much progress Simon has made! Nice one mate!

Alex, did you paint that t-shirt on?! :P

BOR's with a very high weight cannot be done safely unless you use the stance we have used.

What is surprising is how hard that angle hits you lats, you can feel them flare out from the get go.

I kinda guessed that after I clicked submit

So it's more of a lat/shoulder exercise similar to vertical rows/shrugs at that weight?

It's almost a cross over exercise with that weight, but as long as you feel the muslce working and trust me you do feel it, then who cares if it's a little bit of a hybrid?!

<BOOM> Big boy training.

I think you are cheating though, someones drilled holes in those plates to make they lighter.
