I think in general my calorie intake was way down, i went from eating 5-6 good meals a day to 3 sometimes only 2 crap ones, kept up some supplemention in the way of daily adam multivit, zma as it helps me sleep and ginseng as it gives me a general feeling of wellbeing and was expecting the weight loss to be pretty much muscle, but looks like ive kept my strength, cant argue with my waiste size being down and even having the shadows of visible abs so who knows :)

Good to have you back Marks. Sorry to hear about your troubles mate, hope things settle down for you.

I doubt the break will have done you much harm, & dropping the weight has to be a good thing - I'm sure you can get the strength back & stay lighter.

Not got any mate :) And bloody glad of it at the moment, we dont own the house, no major assests to argue over really (she cant drive, so the cars a given) and no kids.. so its probably as straight forward as these things can be.

[i thought you did] well thats a heck of alot better then as you say - the worse is when kids are involved Id suspect.

So I take it you are in the process of moving out etc?

Be a while before we can afford to seperate properly, ie live in different places, things are ok for now tho, im away at Michelle's a fair bit, shes at her boyfriends for a most weekends, both at work during the week rarely see each other due to work n stuff, im at the gym, she goes to her sisters a lot.

Kinda why we split up tbh, its fairly easy now as we were living seperate lives anyway :)
