Weight loss seems to have stopped, so im about 10kg down from Jan/Feb time when all this kicked off but seem to have retained strength. Im not training legs at the moment as i still have a niggle in my right quad so not sure about squat strength as they does tend to drop for me if i dont squat for a bit, but comes back pretty fast, plan to hit legs this weekend..

DB Row - 50kg ea x10, x10, x8, x6
DB Shrug - 50kg ea x12, x12, x12
Preacher curls - 30kg x10, 40kg x8, 45kg x6

Around 90 minutes usually, depending on how busy the gym is and how much wisdom im willing to impart to the youngsters, though to be fair, i answer most questions with 'eat more, train harder, leave your phone downstairs' :)
