I'm amazed in light of corporate manslaughter legislation and everything else. Seems very risky.

This is the company I was on about near me.

Think they have some token DB's there but mainly machines. If I was having to train funny hours then maybe be worth it for £15 a month.

I guess the risk of injury is a lot lower with machines given the fixed movement.

on a slight tangent - M&S offices in Stockley Park have a Gym thats also open and for employees and not always manned....and this is M&S.......and Id very much doubt theyd do something like this without appreciating laws.....so not sure on the legal issues on this.....

If it's in the same building then perhaps it's under a different form of insurance linked to the offices as opposed to if it were a dedicated gym facility.

The building is manned, so that's the difference in all likelihood, as I said some posts ago, this is all Lawyer heaven stuff

Do you think the fst stuff works for biceps? I only ask as mine are crap, my triceps are great, but biceps need some mass.

Personally - Yes. I think it works very well on some bodyparts.

Anec

Biceps - Curls
Chest - Flyes
Shoulders - standing side laterals
Triceps - push downs

Similarly, my biceps have always lagged compared to my triceps.

7 * 10 is pretty serious volume!

Never tried blasting my arms with that much volume on a single exercise. Might give it a try on a couple of exercises and see how it goes.
