Commentary:
Short and efficient workout. Still getting back into the routine, so didn't push myself too hard on squats again. Dips were very strong. Arms were still a bit fatigued from Wednesday.
Starting to get my CV fitness back. Should be back to pre-Yule levels after another week or so.
