I've heard it a few times from the wankmaster caveman. Has anyone else read about this? im just asking cause iv just had a teaspoon of organic crunchy peanut butter and man it's nice! :)

Not heard that.

But they are:
- high in antioxidants
- have high concentrations of the ployphenol p-coumaric acid that has anticancer beenfits
- and one of the few foods to contain resveratrol; an extremely powerful antioxidant (same as that found in certain types of red wine).

All legumes and grains have phytoestrogen isoflavones to some extent.
