At my last comp I got 167.5 which felt like I possibly could of gotten 170.

I've deducted that I have weak hams and glutes (if you think otherwise, do tell and i'll work more on that as well), so my new program has lots of ham and glute work

(was extremely painful so stopped, it was chocking me as well, gonna try again next week)

(lol kinda.. i will av to make one, as a make shift one dont work)
SLDL D-OH Grip- 100x5, 100x5, 100x5, 100x5, 100x5, 100x5
(Felt gurd, hips were poping through with force of a THOUSAND GODS!! (sucks to be my girlfriend lol))
Decline DB Bench- 20x10, 30x8, 30x8, 30x8
Side Raises- 10x10, 10x10, 10x10
DB Shrug- 30x10
Cable Row (95kg or 95lb, im not sure)- whole stack x10, whole stack x10, whole stack x10, whole stack x10
(these were with perfect form, im gonna have to try and add weight or start doing single hand)
PushDowns- 60lb/kg x10, 60lb/kg x10, 60lb/kg x10, 60lb/kg x10, 60lb/kg x10
Hammer Curls- 17.5x5, 17.5x10
