Uhm, what's with the weights?
Seems really weird that you've OHS'ed 100kg, and now doing 75kg for reps on regular squats..?

My conventional stance squat raw is 140kg, my sumo (rack size) is 100-110kg, im trying to up my sumo squat at the moment, increasing my posterior chain :)

I think it's probably a good thing your fight got cancelled. In view of that what's your plans for future...gonna go bac to PL/oly lifing or move more towards the MMA?

Yeah I do to, I can safely say I wasnt ready, and I was listed as being semi-pro :lol:

Im sticking with MMA, and I will definatly continue strength training, but which takes dominance is what im not sure about yet. Probably MMA at the moment until I hit that point where I lose motivation (as we all do) and then strength training will take back over until MMA strikes my interest again.

teeth? :lol: this isnt dog fight, my knee and elbow strikes were lacking so i've been working hard on them.

I had a custom one done from dentist, my smile cost me £2500, you really think im gonna let a £5 gum shield protect it!

I've spent 30 minutes on solely stretching before squatting, im so glad I did. My flexibility has shot up, I can kick 6ft now which is kewl 8-) 9 rep sets are a killer even at a low weight.

You should stretch more after weights, not before as it reduces and can lead to injury.
