Any links for the following please

I was chatting with a PT the other day & we were talking about the idea of weights first & cardio last for the benefits of fat burning etc.

She has a degree in some sort of sports research & she was saying that she has not been able to find any research to prove this is a correct hypothesis & she would love to find some. I thought I had some saved in my links but alas have not. Any one have anything please :).

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.

Its basically

- remove lactid acid from the body
- buffers any oxidants
- floods the area with new blood (and thus nutrients)
- and in theory you get into fatloss mode more quicker...

But ill see what I can dig out!

Another reason: it's safer. Less chance of dropping a weight on yourself (ore whatever).
