I was chatting with a PT the other day & we were talking about the idea of weights first & cardio last for the benefits of fat burning etc.
She has a degree in some sort of sports research & she was saying that she has not been able to find any research to prove this is a correct hypothesis & she would love to find some. I thought I had some saved in my links but alas have not. Any one have anything please
