Thats because I didn't say :mrgreen: , look much more like a fecking swimmer or something than a body builder, I'll post photo's when it actually look like I take AAS :mrgreen:

high doses of vitc
chronium are good too

I heard vitamin C is good for cortisol control.

Yeap just to echo the above... PS and vit C are two of the best. Rhodiola Rosea and Chromium I haven't tried but have a lot of good solid info to suggest that they are also top notch for cortisol control.

If on a budget though stick with just the vit c because of all the other benefits it has too. For the last few months have been fairly severly sleep restricted and have been dosing quite high on vit c - around 6g per day and actually feel pretty damn good on it... certainly a lot better than when i've been sleep restricted in the past and not on such a dose.

rholidea is cheap as hell 500mg a day=200days worth for 15quid or double it and get 100days worth
