I've taken a week off - just burnt out mate, needed a break.

I wish we had easier to handle heavier db's at the gym, although I do think that 50kgs is safe for joints etc., just need to keep dips etc., in as well.

Rope pushdowns
1 moderate set of 12
1 heavy set of 8-12 to failure

Reverse grip pushdowns
1 set to failure 8-12

Overhead cable ext
1 super slow set

Cable kickbacks using a rope attachment for wrist comfort n squeeze
2 sets of 8-10 squeezy ones

VvVT1.0 secrets there mate. whats good about it is its quite quick, changes it up so you dont get bored and hits it from all the angles. plus you dont need to leave the one piece of equipment and be hindered by arseholes in your way

UPDATE

Just to let everyone know, I'm having tests again for bowel and stomach problems. I've been a bit rough for the last week or so and sadly have some of the key indicators again and I'll be in hospital shortly having stuff shoved up my arse and down my throat. I however, feel that I have a virus and not a reoccurence of past probelsm, however, I will still train as and when I can although i feel a bit weak tbh
