not that bothered about being super lean I.e. I'm happy at the level I'm at in that respect. Strength and size is more important but stayig as lean as I am is equally important.

Karlos give me some more examples of that still interesting. I cycle my big volume work with conditionig work so I don't dismiss other forms of training at all.

another reason why I'm not that bothered about aesthetics is the hair sure I could keep trimming it or get it lasered and or shaved creamed or whatever but the fact is it's too much hassle for me. Sure come summer before beach time I give the chest rug a bit of a trim but it's really a pain to keep doing it! Lol!
I'm FINALLY starting to get to where I want to be. 100 or so kg with some reasonably big lifts and general overall strength not just for 1RM stuff. I want more and I know I have to start to accept that I'm going to slow down but I'm willing to put the effort in. I've completely turned around my training and nutrition and putting more effort into it. And it's starting to pay off. For ONCE I'm actually happy with how I am.
Hehe not sure about jabbing yet my friend I still have a way to go before any of that and my ignorance probably doesn't help my feelings on it. Plus I don't think I ever could do it myself scares the shit out of me if I'm honest. Though imagine my results?!!!
You guys have been amazing at supporting me an offering help and advice. I just wish I could train more and train with some of you for more inspiration!
