Got the phone camera out tonight. Was going for 70kg dips and wantet to video it

After my slagging last time doing dips in my ghey lime green hoodie, I had on the bright red Spandex Body Armour Tshirt on tonight a la Alex T style ( I know what your thinking....whats a tight arse Jock bas*ard like me doing spolashing out for one of those - It was my Birthday!!!)

So as i go to start the set and my training partner says..."thats the camera on" I go right up to it, hit a most muscular and say "Alex T eat your fucking Heart Out!!!"

Knock out a comfy 5 and jump down to find he fecked up the recording and well you get my reaction

Listening to myself i see what Simon means by you wouldnt take me into polite company...only a pub beer garden
