Last nights session went well. I took it easy on the box squats as it was the last week in my mesocycle for partial dead lifts.

Monday-Squats and Dead lifts

Box Squat
60 8 reps
100 8 reps
140 3*5

Partial Dead lifts
100 8 reps
140 6 reps
180 6 reps
210 5 reps
230 2 reps could only manage 2 reps as i tore the callis off of my left hand.

Leg extensions
4*8

Standing leg curls
4*8

Seated calve raises

45 21 reps
45 21 reps
65 15 reps
82.5 18 reps

Shrugs
4*8

Hand is feeling ok today. Going to the gym soon (when it opens that is) so will see how the hand is then. I have alot of micropore on there and will add a plaster before i go to the gym. I did not cut the skin off as it rode up and was still attached so cleaned it then pulled the flap back down.
Was kind of happy with the partials, i wanted to hit 240 but alas i did not fancy chalking that hand back up after.
