anyonbe tried AAKG and or OAKG.
whats the best way of taking for best results?
can you take them together?

should i take some in the morning and some in the evening or all at once, before training?

my first time, with this kinda stuff.

AAKG - take 2-3g before workout for a week and so how you go with that

OAKG - Id say take no more than 10g in the first week [2 x 5g before workout and after workout]

that way you should see how you get on with the supplements...

Generally I'd take OAKG in 4g doses in the morning, pre workout, post workout and pre bed. For AAKG around 5 g morning and pre workout and you can add bed time if you want.

I've mixed AAKG and OKG together and take as part of pre workout stack and pre bed for the GH release & cortisol blocking.

Depends what you are after mate - OAKG at a respectable dose really does help a heck of alot - but another would be citruline malate - but it depends what you are after

AAKG = Don't bother imho. Save your pennies for...
OAKG = An expensive supplement to use properly but for rapid strength gains.... it has NO equal. I've never experienced strength gains like I have using this stuff, almost feels like cheating when it kicks in!! Awesome. Doesn't last long though :(

Hmmm, I think it depends on bodyweight how much you need...

I'm usually anywhere from 220lb - 205lb and I get great results from loading with 20g a day for 5 days, then taking 10g rest days and 20g on training days. I always take in 5g doses, morning and before bed... plus pre and post workout.

personally - and I think Bison also - cycle it - 4-5 weeks mate and stop any more and you may be wasting money or not getting the best bang for buck but sadly it IS expensive

Ultimately I'd run OAKG, D Ribose and Citruline Malate but for the extra cost of those extra supps it would be more economical to go with the Reloaded pre workout blend and you'll get Beta Alanine, Creatine and AAKG in there as well.

Definitely cycle it, as KP says 4-5 weeks and then stop. It takes 1-2 weeks before you feel the effects and they only last about 3 weeks, then the gains stop. So it doesn't make sense to keep taking such an expensive supplement.

I always try to time it so I'm loading up OAKG as I'm approaching the business end of a workout cycle. Then I get the strength boost just as I'm lifting the heaviest weights :)

thanks for the feed back i will try the time after next i order gonna get gonna get 300g and cycle for 3 weeks or so
gona order some d ribose ,hmb and citruline malate this week for now

i know lol but im only getting 100g of ribose (even though it wont last me long ) which is only a tenner and want to get 300g of oakg which would cost alot more

Just get a tub of reloaded (citruline, creatine, ribose) and add oakg in the morning pre post and bed.

Reloaded is ace imo, a really unique and good blend of eugenics.

Well I'm of the mind, either do it all out or don't bother... I mean what are you hoping to get from 100g of Ribose??

Save the tenner and put it towards a big bag of OAKG ;)

hmm hope I dont get that effect! :D On my second day - I was saying to GB after you take it you just feel like you want to do everything now....did you get that?
