Reloaded is ace imo, a really unique and good blend of eugenics.

Reloaded is very good but I just can't bare the hunger!!! OMG I was eating the bloody kitchen cupboard doors lol :D

EDITED: Thank god I don't get the hunger. It's bad enough dealing with forcing myself out of the gym and the other sides.

Were you doing extra rep sets to failure when you got home too GB?

I really liked the Reloaded and really don't know now why I didn't get this in my last order... Oh well, Creatine & AAKG will need topping up in about 6weeks, so might get a nice big (yet expensive) order then.
1/2 Iron Man training at present...

BSD54 for a better 5% off your first order than the others offer.

I really like both OAKG and AAKG.

OAKG taken in three doses altogether totalling 12-15g a day seems to have a definite effect on recovery and a sense of increased contractile force (when training heavy). Doses above 4g give me intense hunger pangs also about 20-30mins after taking the stuff.

AAKG taken as a single dose of 6-8g pre workout aids pump significantly and i find one advantage of this is better protection against minor niggly injuries when training, as well as cell saturation and longterm increased capilliarisation. Everytime I've come off the stuff and been in periods without it i seem to get minor aches in my wrists & knees etc.

Although Arginine and Ornithine do both use the same transporter molecule, so therefore do compete with each other in theory, in order for this to be an issue you'd actually have to be super dosing at about 40-50 in one go... so they are fine to take together as a stack.

Incidentially another use of AAKG that is quite good but not realated to training is as a headache cure - 4g AAKG with 4g Taurine and 4g GABA seems to work really well after about 20 mins. AAKG is also great for pumping up the third leg... :D
