Ta all

I think one of my probs is i dont use any kind of progressive loading, i just bang away everytime i go in, will make sure when i switch to a proper program in the next few weeks that the loading is taken into proper consideration, not just the split.

Wont take you long Mark. You've got the plan starting to come together now, so you will be REALLY kicking butt again soon. Girly dumbells a thing of the past!

Congrats on the 250kg mate. Sometimes a grinder can be good - for the mental side of things.
Perhaps drop it down a peg and whack out some 200kg for fast 2's and 3's? Work off a box and do rack pulls?
Or drop deadlifts altogether and work on the more technical squat and hit your hammies and glutes hard. Come back to it in 4-5 weeks time and you'll be there mate.
