That is great advice! Good nutrition is essential. It is also an area where I have had major concerns in the past...not through lack of knowledge, but through upbringing. I have the matter in hand. ;)

It is wonderful that your strength is improving so. Excellent!

You say you are not gaining mass. I'm confident you are gaining mass that is not yet visible to you. A muscle has to increase in size (cross section) in order to grow stronger. You are getting stronger...by inference you are gaining size and mass. Give it time.

As for the increase in excretion, that is quite natural. It would be a matter of considerable concern if you were not excreting more. The more regularly one inputs into one end of a pipe, the greater the output at it's other end.

Mine arrived yesterday after a month off and I already feel better today after a decent sleep as well.

By trib supplement, do you mean Tribulus Terrestris Linn? Tribulus is excellent. I've used it myself, to very good effect. I'm very keen on the use of herbs, and will post on the subject in the Supplements section, if it is of any interest.

Glad your diet's in check, you certainly seem to have good knowledge and the guys on here will help you channel it into your specific goals.

On the subject of herbs, the ones I've tried have been a little hit n miss, however, trib is one that has always done me well with recovery, sleep and general mood. Be nice to hear your views on some specifically your reactions to them, always nice to have another opinion before splashing out...
