Not got the time or inclination to properly keep this up to date any more. Still training an upper/lower split with lots of heavy compounds.
Have made some good progress over the last month, now lifting:
Bench: 120x8
Chins: +25 x 8-10
Front squats: 140 x 5
Deadlifts: 230 x 3-4 / 220 x 5 for sets
Shoulders: 40kg bells for 10
Dips: +50 x 8-10
So lifting is going very well. I'm also doing 40 mins of cardio a day through cycling to work and back - pretty much flat out. I'm also still drinking too much.
