£820 electricity bill

Yeah... What the fuck!!! Over 5 months. I live on my own and have this horrible economy 7 heating which is fucking awful. Live in 2 floor flat and with southern electric. Aparently i've used 1953 "day" units and 9915 night units in 5 months! They have sent me a one off bill aswell. Anyone have an idea what on earth is going on here feel like slapping these cunts :evil:

yep you are on the wrong tariff and that one is very expensive mate.

Get yourself off the one that is reflective of when you use power the most

i'm about to move out anyway, i feel half ripped off by landlords too for having this shit system in first place. Really want to lower the bill somehow and definetly telling them I'm not gonna pay them back in one hit

i agree - tbh even reducing use price is still high...ours is around 200 a month for dual fuel

yeh i know mate - we switched over to thermos in each room last year and it has gone down. Plus I am lazy and would leave lights on which ive stopped.
