That is just great genetics and a great deal of hard work manipulating them.

No doubt he is extremely talented, I think he is the national champion hammer thrower now.

Best so far is 65 reps by a guy weighing just over 100kg himself. My TP (who's actually mostly a CFer) did 40 at 78kg BW. I believe there was a 71kg guy that hit 38 reps.

CFer?

Those figures are seriously impressive. I feel weak!

Do you know if those were done continuously, or were they rest/pause? As in, if you stop half way through the set and just stand there for a few seconds with the bar on your back, you can recover a fair bit. (I did my set of 25 reps @ 80kg without any rest, pause, or stopping whatsoever, just repped it out. If I used rest/pause, I could perhaps just about grind up to 50 reps over the space of a couple of minutes.).

40 reps @ 100kg. OK, that's the new target.

36 reps @ 100kg on bench is just sick. I could probably just about do 50kg - maybe - over that number of reps continuously.

CF=CrossFit. :)

Here's a video of it:

Those are not very pretty at all. Same guy did 35 reps in 3 minutes in a workout at a CF competition recently. Workout was max reps at 50kg military, 30s rest, max reps at BW+10kg pullups, 30s rest, max reps with 100kg squat in three minutes.
He's also done 220+ KB snatches with a 24 in 5 minutes and 128 with a 32kg KB in 5 minutes. :)

(The spotter hit 65 reps)
