Isn't a Military Press stritcly standing?

I'd say it's easily upright enough to be classed as a good Shoulder Press.

Wow that was impressive. There's no way that is a military press though - technically it's only a military press if you are standing with your ankles touching and feet pointing outwards in a V shape. Anything other is an overhead press. The name of the lift is less important than how strong that guy is though... that takes some power.

Can't take nothing away from that lifting, though it's an OHP or a shoulder press... :)
