Got vid of of dips did other week, problem is its only the 3rd rep and its taken sideways!!!!
AS you can see the last rep was fucking hard lol. Nearly fell flat on face before last rep trying to balance when weight was moving around. Eventually got my mate to keep it bit more steady because it was turning into a joke.
