Galt you need to work on your facial expressions while posing!

Awesome quads though and your arms are looking very thick but much more defined these days.

Initially i lost 5kg very quickly. However now i have added in mono so im a bit heavier. However im not consistantly losing weight but seem to be getting leaner. I have upped the cardio this week as the calories as pretty low anyway
