I really don't think 1 more kg of BW makes any difference to that lift! Very impressive Curt

Amazing stuff curt... dont let Mark Rippetoe see your mate spotting though, he may throw a kettlebell at him :)

Where is your grip at there? I struggle to find the best point to grip, Index finger on the rings is shorter rom but i feel a lot stronger and more stable with pinkys on the rings.

Great lift Curt!

The Shirts make you look like you're wearing a girls top though with the tightness and don't look that comfortable..

LOL comfortable? Its AGONY when taking it near chest or 1-2 board! Thanks guys, I used comp grip witch is fore finger on rings, RAW you won't feel as strong like that if your not used to it, I am but RAW I prefer a finger or two in. Shorter ROM with 220kg the better :) .

Yeah, you can see how short the ROM is in the lift. I played with a wider grip but didn't get on with it but that was on the DL Bars, not the Bench Bar I'm now using so I may try again next time.

Do you have short arms do you think?

No, that would be an insult to those industrious little fella's.

I know Curt is short-ish so I'm wondering whether he may have slighly shorter limbs and shorter ROM. Not that I'm taking anything away from the lift as it is impressive.

What you are asking is:

Are you built for benching?

hehe

Its fairly obvious that Curts pixie like apendages give him an advantage over bigger folks, but thats just one of the factors thats making him outstanding at the moment.

You bench beast! Couldn't imagine having 220kg ontop of me, squatting it hurts enough.
