Awful game, I just knew from the 10th minute we were gonna lose. Tindal was rubbish, Toby Flood had a nightmare, we didn't put Shaw on and you need him in a game like that. Steve Thompson should have been playing as well

Great time though with everyone.

This time of year is crazy mate, just in a holding regime, but looking to drop weights and increase reps next week as elbows are playing up a bit.

Plus Jo has been unwell, so busy with Kids as well

Strong Iso's though despite the roast trying to come back up.

What day are you working up to?

It's made mine ache as well as my knees a bit at times as well.

Knocked out some decent weight though.

Friday 24 December 2010 - Xmas Eve!!!

Been training for the first time in nearly 2 weeks, combination of work problems, the snow and family all being ill.

I did an upper body workout and hit good figures on all exercises and was out in 4o minutes.

In the new year I'm going to just train by instinct, so that might mean training chest 3 times one week and not doing back, of 3 full body workouts. Basically whatever I enjoy I'll do without much of a plan during January, then reassess.

Love to all!

think thats a good approach, the instinctive thing.

as it has the ability to shock the muscles either by not being trained regularly or by being hit again when its still down - which all in all create a shock to the body.

Nothing wrong with that approach. I do something similar and there's stuff I don't log that I mix into my standard sessions like hitting arms 4 times a week at the moment.

It's the last day of the year and I can't train due to family commitments as I've worked all over Chrimbo, plus I've been quite ill with a cold which probably has something to do with stress.

I've done a full year end audit on the firm I work for as well as some idiot buggered up, and I've found loads more mistakes!

2010 coming to and end is a Godsend.

Good news is that we've employed someone who is bloody good to back me up and he starts in February.

I've been off the TRT for the last few weeks and my strength has help up well.

The plan is to start training properly from 2nd Jan. I'll be training every weekend and at least one day during the week plus fasted cardio every other morning as well.

I'll get back on TRT in March and see how it goes.

Have a good New Years Eve, I'll be at home taking it easy with a bottle of something!
