Lol inspired by the one and only ;)

Don't know tbh I'd estimate around 130 paused, it would be fast of the chest but a slow lock out.
I'm starting heavy pin presses on de day the week after next for this very reason.

Strapping up for the second time ever tomorrow, Going for 190*4-5 squat.
Last week 1st time in loose wraps I got 180*3 very easily and moderately fast, so I should get it.

It's quality that matters on cycle not quantity, you'll only see what you've got after pct. When using a good diet and an AI you won't put loads of water on, so there will be less to lose at the end.

Lol when you put it like that it sounds a lot, lol.

I was 11"10 pretty ripped and very depleted when I started my cycle I'm now 13" / 13"-2' stone so thats a gain of 18-20 lb, 6 weeks in. And I have now seemed to hit a plateau.
I'm still fairly lean as well, lol.

Sounds like a hell of a lot to me to be honest, especially if it's pretty dry!
