16 inch arms

Thought id let all you guys know.. I've hit 16" ers!! Always been about 15.25 and mxd around 15.75 but a clean 16 just measured!!WOW not bad for a powershirtlifter eh :D
Currently Brit Champ 285/180/255 ~ 720 -4xBRs-

I just measured mine 17.5.

Target is 19...then I really will only maintain.

That's what I'm around at the moment 17.5, but after a good work out they do touch on 18... but I like you would like to get to 19 8-)

I thought I had big forearms but only 12.75.
