Packed a lot one during the last year. Arms in general need to come up a little but if you're holding less fat and water there then things may balance out as you diet.

As for site shots. Maybe, I was seriously thinking about adding in 0.5ml of this blend pre tris ( per ml = 1mg meth tren / 50mg tren base / 50mg test base / 1mg cheque).
But I'm allready on heavy androgens don't really fancee using more.. I think when the bf is low the divisions will compensate.. My arms do actually look alot better in other poses as front double. But in the side chest they suffer. Think its a combo of high bicep insertion and lack of tri dev. Still they are only a smidgen under 17" which I'm pleased with as they used to be a wee bit over 15" 18 or so months ago.

Alex - have no idea how I've still gained tbh had the most rubbish off-season immaginable. You use enough drugs and train randomly eat like shit and you can still grow.. Just makes me wonder what I'd look like after a consistant training and diet regeme off season..

your arms aren't small, they are just out sized by your chest and back. Great improvement in 18 months btw. Sometimes guys with big arms at the begining of the cut don't have the same size on stage, all depends where you hold your BF.

Either way your chest looks great and from memory your quads are great too.

Thanks craig Yeah my arms don't hold much bf at all so they shouldn't change much.. As for the calves 16" now lol.. I realised I just hadn't been smashing the shit out of them sufficently! Hams and calves are now my fave workout oddly enough!

Yeh I will be using 0.75ml ed from week 11-14 (stopping 5 days out of show). I may aswell use it-
-( right outer tri / left outer tri / righter inner tri / left inner tri/ left delt / right delt)
I did this last year with noticeable results but I wouldn't say it was from actual muscle growth just localised swelling. They still looked bigger and have grown since then, but from site shots its hard to say.. HMmm.

Looking good Max. I think you are probably right that when down to v low b/fat the definition in your tris will help your arms in the side poses... your arms ain't bad at all.

I know you've got the high lats but that kinda helps them pop out... will be interesting to see how your back looks on stage compared to guys with longer insertions. Might be worth looking at how Wolf presents his back with pose selection and transitions as your back does have a similar shape.
