Of course, I was too lazy to copy it here on a regular basis, so, unless it returns from the land of the mismatched socks (it MUST be in the living room after all!), I'll have to do without.
Training has been a tad irregular in the past few weeks, for health and work problems, but I managed to squeeze in 3 sessions nearly every week.
The weights are still going up, and even Craig doesn't complain that much anymore!
I guess that I will start a new journal when I get over the loss of the first one, and I also guess that my entries here will be a bit more regular, just in case, so watch this space
