Lots of red in there. Remember he won't kill you, just nag you to death. I think, and I do hate to say this in case I inflate his ego too much, that you are in very good hands with Master Yoda. I love the pink shoes idea, but be warned this can back fire. I had an ex who used to maliciously buy me something in pink every time I upset him. I would then have to wear said pink item. It becomes a serious punishment after a while.

How are you doing on the eating front atm?

LOL!!!
Craig stares and frowns, that is so much more effective than nagging...
But I have to admit that you're right, I'm in very good hands with Scrooge here :D

I'll risk and wear the pink trainers with flowers.
After all, if he wants to be seen with a tenerona, it's his problem.
Wondering what a tenerona is huh? wonder no more:

Quite well I'd say, although every now and then I forget my lunchbox, or have an unexpected long day and so on...
Now that I feel hungry again, of course Master Yoda wants to reduce the food intake.
It's impossible to make this man happy!

@pingu: loads of red on Friday, nothing at all on Saturday, and I didn't like it at all
and you're doing ways more than me anyway on loads of stuff young lady!

I was about to say that my legs are very strong because of 3 years of figure skating as a kid, but actually they improved a lot since I have started kicking Master Yoda's annoyingly perfect ass

I wanted to write down the last 3 sessions, but can't find my journal

I have eventually got hold of my journal yay!
The problem being that I haven't updated this one for ages, so I'll just write down the last 3 sessions ;)

PS should be 4 really, but last week we skipped one... my fault of course!

01/05
Hamstring curls:
35 kg x10 x10 x10

Incline bench:
15 lb x10 x10
7.5 kg x10
25 lb x5

Incline flies:
20 lb x10 x10
7.5 kg x10
15 lb x10

Flat bench (wide grip):
20 kg x10 x10 x10

Triceps supplice with rope attachment:
10 kg x10 x10 x10
12.5 kg x10

04/05
Hamstring curls:
35 kg x10 x10 x10

Shoulder press:
12 lb x10
15 lb x10 x10
20 lb x8 x7 x6 (I already reached 20 lb last week, but I threw in 2 more series)

Lateral side rises:
8 lb x10 x10 x10
12 lb x5 x4 (I already reached 12 lb last week, I added 1 more series here)

CGBP:
20 kg x10
25 kg x7 x7
30 kg x3 (I reached 30 kg last week, didn't add anything this time )

Pulldown close grip:
23 kg x10
27 kg x10
32 kg x10
36 kg x10 (I already reached 36 kg last week, I increased the reps here)

French press:
7.5 kg x10
10 kg x10 x10
25 lb x9 (I already reached 25 lb last week, here I increased the reps)

Incline bench dumbell curls:
8 lb x10 x10
10 lb x10
12 lb x6

05/05
Hamstring curls:
40 kg x10
45 kg x10
50 kg x6 x6 (I already reached 50 kg last week, this time I did two series though).

Standing calves raises:
110 kg x10
130 kg x10
150 kg x10
160 kg x10

Leg press:
100 kg x10
130 kg x10
150 kg x10
160 kg x10
190 kg x14 (Craig clearly wants to kill my legs :? I swapped 180 kg x12 for 190 kg x"a few reps")

Legs extension:
25 kg x10
30 kg x8
35 kg x 6
I paid dearly for doing the leg press before the extensions: my legs felt like rubber and I was miles from the previous session

Lolllll! I particularly like the "craig wants to kill my legs."

Cat you're doing great and the CGBP is particularly impressive. Don't worry if you don't always get all the training sessions you planned done, there is this thing called life that sometimes gets in the way.

How are you doing with the eating ATM? Better? Remembering to eat? Try and update your training journal as you go so it becomes habit.

only because he's not trying to kill yours!
They still feel like jelly now, I am seriously considering jumping off the stairs rather than going down every time I have to (about every 15 mins)!

I don't worry, somebody else does!
Somebody too big to discuss with (i.e. to punch in the face), and with power over what I can or cannot eat

Much better, I have developed hunger!
So much so that Master Yoda has immediatly decided to cut, and if he cuts I cut
I have only skipped a few meals lately, all because of unforeseeable overtime at work, I have become real good at this game!

For Master Yoda's birthday I think he needs a t-shirt saying "the boss, I am"

ROTFLMAO!
My birthday comes before his, if he buys me something nice I might get him a custom-made t-shirt and boxers LOL!
(he'd kill me for that, I always bought co-ordinate boxers, socks and t-shirt for my allegedly very gay ex!)

Well, I managed to lose my journal
Of course, I was too lazy to copy it here on a regular basis, so, unless it returns from the land of the mismatched socks (it MUST be in the living room after all!), I'll have to do without.
Training has been a tad irregular in the past few weeks, for health and work problems, but I managed to squeeze in 3 sessions nearly every week.
The weights are still going up, and even Craig doesn't complain that much anymore!
I guess that I will start a new journal when I get over the loss of the first one, and I also guess that my entries here will be a bit more regular, just in case, so watch this space ;)
