Same here for me, I sent them an e-mail and they arrived as if by magic, I think you have to hassle them!

Cheers, good to know! I'll get on the case tomorrow.

^^ that's poor considering the amount they've sold. I got mine very fast, but then it was about 2yrs ago. Maybe they are overwhelmed but are reluctant to expand their manpower?? They've done so well. Easily the best fat grip device out there and yet so simple. Must be cheap to produce too.

To be fair matey, I've had a few things going on during this time, but I'm down to 14 1/2 stone with little cardio and arms same size and chest same size and waist much smaller than when I was 16 stone. So I'd say i'm around 14% which isn't brill ,but I've not been getting up and training like a mad cvnt!

It's a case of energy at the momemnt, had some stuff going on, but yes you're right, it doesn't help when I'm working like a cvnt all the time and trying to do family stuff, but I must kick myself up the arse. I look good for a normal person, but not as good as I should, so I'll redouble my efforts fella!

Could you not copy the design to some extent and give them a different name?

Potentially - it depends on whether the patent relates to the actual use as well as the design. So if that design is for bars to incur a wider/thicker grip - then you are pretty much cornered and cant do much.

If that was the case, Tyler grip and Grip4orce wouldn't be able to sell their product..

Great to see Alex again, who was a bit bigger than last time, but still in very good shape. I ecen took a couple of vids with I'll post later of him doing Dips (very strong).

It was a great session and something that if we could do on a regular basis would result in great gains for us both. At the end Alex's arms were huge and his triceps which were a slight weak point and now almost in proportion to his amazing biceps.

The Cable preachers are something I will use from now on, a great movement and a real killer.
